Poly UK offers ‘Help to Move’ autumn package at Plaza Collection as sales soar

Poly UK is unveiling a ‘Help to Move’ package to support buyers on their journey to home ownership at Plaza Collection, the vibrant new community in Mill Hill East which is home to a range of beautifully designed one and two bedroom apartments and duplexes, alongside attractive landscaping and a new public plaza.

The special autumn incentive* includes an annual Zones 1-4 travel card, annual gym membership, Waitrose vouchers and free furniture pack, collectively worth up to £12,000, with homes ready to move into for autumn.

Plaza Collection is one of the area’s most successful new developments and has enjoyed strong demand, with over 70 homes sold in the first half of 2022 to a range of buyers including first time buyers and young families, attracted by the design, quality and location of the development.

Many of the homes are available under Help to Buy but buyers are encouraged to act quickly, with recently published Homes England guidance stipulating buyers must reserve by the of October to benefit from the popular Equity Loan scheme.

Plaza Collection represents a world-class vision, bringing together the best in design, sustainability and amenities to create an unrivalled offering, created on the site of the former Inglis Barracks. The development forms a key gateway between Mill Hill East station and Millbrook Park, with fast connections into central London in around 30 minutes. There are a range of well performing state and private schools within easy reach, along with a large Waitrose and Virgin Active just moments away.

Residents at the development can enjoy a 12-hour concierge service with cutting edge media room and a range of leafy landscaped gardens including the plaza itself which will soon house vibrant new commercial space. Drawing on the development’s leafy location, the bright and spacious interiors by legendary Soho House interior designer Michaelis Boyd also focus on ‘bringing the outside in’ with, with a palette of greens that nod to the site’s former military heritage and use of natural materials to create spaces for living that are both attractive yet highly functional.

Terence Luo, director, Poly UK, comments: “We hope this new incentive will provide a helping hand to potential home buyers, joining the many residents who are already proud to call Plaza Collection home. With a range of outdoor spaces and nearby countryside, the development is ideal for enjoying the autumn weather. We look forward to welcoming more faces soon.”
